My buddy said there was chest deep powder @ vail last week after the storm. I'm going up to silverthorne tonight and hitting up a-basin tomorrow, i think they are going to get a few inches tonight

Oh Monarch Pass absolutely kills it! One of my favorite backcountry spots in the state.

Purgatory has had 8' in 8 days, Wolf Creek nearly doubles that. I think Monarch and Crested Butte aren't far behink.

Yes Colorado has good snow....HOWEVER if you take into fact that they SHOULD have snow by now and compare that to the East coast that normally wouldnt...I have to say this years winter is definitely on the east coast. Ive already gone 4 times and thats unexpected for this territory...so right now..

EAST COAST BABY THATS WHERE THE SNOW IS AND IS COMING!!!! 2 more feet tomorrow.

SO u people enjoy your crustybutts, your butterfly passes and all the rest and dont you worry us east coasters will bathe in our perfect winter snow so far
