I heard Mt. Baldy was opening a snowboard park so I called them and indeed they are. They also have a million gallon resevoir for plenty of man made snow too. I usally Snowboard at Big Bear and Ski Sunrise. I'm going to give Baldy a try this year.ANY THOUGHTS?

i usually board up at mthigh, even though it sucks because its the closest
near my home. but mtbaldy is only 30 minutes away and i guess ill give them
a try this year too. but i heard the ski lifts are still made out of wood
they havent updated anything so its pretty scary going up on faulty equipment.

I also heard the lifts are sloooooooooooow. LOL. I think they still oil em n stuff though. hahahaha. The only reason I'm going is cause I found these VIP Lift Cards where I am paying about 10 bucks a day for lifts. No other resort can do that. LOL

ya well Ive been to baldy and its definetly the biggest resort in SoCal! and one of the funnest on freshy days. But for anything more than a good time on powder days their park sucks and the snowmaking is very minimal.

Never been to Baldy. then again anything is fun on a fresh pow day.
