I'm heading up there this afternoon for the weekend. I'll be at heavenly probably alll weekend. If I remember and can get some good shots, I'll try to post some pics of the fresh stuff when I get back. Hopefully there will be a lot.

how's the weather down in tahoe? northstar specifically? i'm going there in 4 weeks....wondering if it's picking up or if i should change my destination to aspen

Check out their website for updates, but tahoe had up to 4' in some areas from the last storm. From the looks of it, we might not see more snow in the next couple weeks.

yeah i've been looking at the webcams and checking the snow forecasts and history. looks not bad, just wondering what the local's perspectives are on the hill

Solo...driving up from the bay area. We are not getting any new snow until mid Feb...and I need to see that backside again.
