Although why the fuck are they not opening sooner???? Lazy bastards! They could easily open by monday or tuesday but of course not....why give the customers that fresh pow they have been waiting 8 months for??

And ya dude Id be pissed if I were you, Snowbowl barely updated their website even though they got 10"...im guessing this is because they are still not close to opening.

Which is why ive never bought a season pass while living here because you can just never tell. Not to mention my epic pass was cheaper than the sunrise or snowbowl pass! And its for 8 mountains!

Yeah it is, and they should be getting more Tuesday. I'll be heading up there Thursday for sure. Let me know how much of the mountain they open up!

Looks like snowbowl is opening up thursday...I think im going to sunrise that day. I emailed sunrise and they said they will have a few park features up so we'll see how it is

Got tomorrow off work so i'll be heading up to sunrise for opening day. Snowbowl said they'll be 100% open so I was thinking of going up there over the weekend.

As far as park features go, the live cam doesn't show anything in the works as of yet, but I'll let you know what I see tomorrow.

powder runs all day! it was snowing until around noon, so I wasn't able to get any good pics. The park guys were setting up (mainly rails) the entire day, so chances are they'll be open by tomorrow. If you make it out you guaranteed to have a good time.

Looks like they only had one small box from the webcam today is that right? I hope they get a couple decent jumps up in the next couple of days...

Was the snow as deep as they said?

They had other boxes and rails higher up on the terrain park. As far as snow depth goes, it's had for me to judge since i'm still very new. I can say that there were no visible rocks, and my board didn't have any scratches after a full day of riding.
