I doubt it will be an issue by then. I have a 2WD Ranger and have been having no trouble even with the fresh snow. ODOT has been real good about plowing and sanding.

If you have`nt ridden it, the factory wax will be fine for storage. Come fall, detune the tip and tail and put a fesh coat of wax on it and youre all set.

It's depressing though. I just put the last coat of wax on both my boards and put them up for the year; I almost shed a tear.

I know what you mean. I keep telling myself I am done for the year but continue to find ways to get "one more ride" in. I think I have ridden one last time 3 times now! I know the inevitable is coming so I need to get ready for withdrawals.

I just put a wax on my board for maybe 4 more weeks of boarding until I have to do it again until June when the mountain closes.

Mine should need to see atleast 5 more waxings before the season end, especially if it stays heavy deep and wet like it has.

Default Technically You Never Have to Put on That Last Wax

snowboardersocal.blogspot.com

If you are deadset on snowboarding for the duration of your life than travel to places that have snow during the summer/ their winter. You will never have to stick on that last wax. Unfortunatley, not all of us have hundred dollar bills falling out our pockets every second so we must bear with the seasons. O me miseram!
