i think i didnt do bad for my 2nd try, i think its my nose pop that i need to work on. Let me know what you think

You're not popping off your nose enough (as you guessed) and also you could suck your legs up a little more in the air which would help as well.

Apart from that it looks like you have the basic movement figured out, you weren't far off from landing that.

Here's a video of a friend of mine, Geoff, walking you through tame dog's, compare yours to his and you can see the difference in the pop and legs:

it happens so fast haha, how should i know when i popped off my nose. I can do nollies, but its different, with the swinging hands and the cock backwards.

Yes, it really helped me with tamedogs. The Snowboard Addiction one is also excellent (and more detailed) - wish I had had that one when learning the trick.
