Default HELP WITH LEARNING 360's

I need help with my 360's. I get my rotations perfectly, but my landing is the problem. When I land I seem to continue spinning and fall on my back with my head head facing down the mountain. Any tips are appreciated. Thank you!

Which way are you spinning? Back or front side?

Okay, so you are spinning backside... landing, over rotating, and then hooking your HEEL edge and smacking your head into the ground. Correct?

Let's make sure you truly understand frontside and backside as some people don't get it. Riding regular backside = spinning to the right. Frontside to the left. Goofy reverse.

Also, important to note: This is reversed for rails, namely because of how skateboarding identified rail/box tricks. A backside boardslide isn't because you spun backside or are facing backwards, it's because on a skateboard the feature would be behind your back.

Do you have any video? Without more details it's going to be really tough figuring out what's going wrong exactly.

You might be hucking the rotation, it could be your pop or it could be any number of other things.

Rotation is a very complicated technique and a small mistake in any one of the techniques involved can throw off your landing... so video will really help with figuring out what's going wrong.
