Snowboard Specific Offseason Training/ Workouts?
Hi guys, for the first time in never, Im going to vail for 10 days. (i usually go for five so its a big jump for me). Im worried I might get worn out, so I figured I should do some offseason stuff just in case. Does anyone have a link, or anyworkouts that help for snowboarding? I figured the abs probably need some working and general cardio. Is there any on-board stuff I should do? Thanks.
