Snowboard Specific Offseason Training/ Workouts?

Hi guys, for the first time in never, Im going to vail for 10 days. (i usually go for five so its a big jump for me). Im worried I might get worn out, so I figured I should do some offseason stuff just in case. Does anyone have a link, or anyworkouts that help for snowboarding? I figured the abs probably need some working and general cardio. Is there any on-board stuff I should do? Thanks.

-meh- yeah,.. Those are exercises, however TGR is mostly skiers & most of those workout vids look pretty "skier" specific!!

If you want "Snowboard" specific,..? I suggest starting with SnowboardAddiction.com. You can proly find all or part of their pre season workout episode on Youtube. Or purchase the whole thing off their site.

Second,.. Do a search on the forum. Been a TON of threads discussing workouts.

Lastly,... Duhhhhh! "Google it!!"

It's not a knock against what muscles are being trained. It's more about how they're being trained. Like that side/side "bag hop" bit for instance. That was obviously designed behind moves for skiing. You know,... Schussing 'n' shit???

OP asked for snowboard specific,.. So I posted suggestions on routines that strengthen and train,.. hams, quads, glutes, core, upper body, back, etc. with movements that compliment "Snowboard" type moves!!

I did forget to mention "balance board" training tho. The balance training along with the leg & core workout,..? Those routines are definitely a help when boarding.
