Sup guys, I've been working on my spins at home this summer (on a large flat box in my living room) and seem to be rotating about half way thru the spin (180), but cant seem to rotate the whole 360. Where exactly should my spin come from the hips? or upper body? Been mostly working on nose and tail spins.

Start with the head then move the shoulders and finally the hips. You slow one of those down you stall out. Basically keep looking over your shoulder to keep the spin going.
