Starting to Plateau

This is my first real season snowboarding. I bought a season pass and haven't looked back. The first day I could barely link turns, and now I'm bombing black diamonds and popping clean little indy's and nosegrab's. I try to focus on just having a good time while snowboarding, smoke a lot of weed, hang out and bs with the buddies, not take it to serious. However, I've started to plateua a little and need some advice:

I can do FS 180's off of the corners of spines or natural features, but I cant BS 180 for the life of me. It feels awkward and I have trouble even making my body commit to it.

I ride single black diamonds easily, but am still a little intimidated by the double black diamonds.

I can hit boxes/rails strait, but I want to learn to hit them with body/board spinning keeping your momentum forward. I've done it on accident a few times, but cant seem to do it on purpose.

If I ride onto a box 50-50, I can kick off my tail and do a nose slide, but I cant ollie right into a noseslide for somereason.

And 360's are impossible for some reason. My board is a little long (159) but I just cant get it to spin at any sort of reasonable pace.

The only mountain I ride is Bear Mtn in southern california, how much harder are the runs at mammoth/tahoe?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

starting to plateau?

it sounds to me like you have plenty of 'ambition projects' to carry on working on!

as for committing your body to a backside..... your body will never go where your mind cannot first imagine.

VISUALISE!

Just coz you don't understand it
Doesn't mean it makes no sense!

my friend has the custom brews so when we ride with him we can pop the top of our bottles off with his bindings.

for your 360s. try widening ur stance if you think ur board is a little long. I seems to have a faster spin when i widen my stance
