Everytime I do presses my body turns and i eat it really bad. How can I fix this problem i've tried making sure i'm approaching straight at the rail or box but i can't stop turning. How can I stop this?
try practicing on the slope. when you can run a tail/nose press for a long time on the slopes then take it up onto the box. its easier to do on a box but hurts less if you eat it on the slope...
shoulders and hip both, not just shoulders.. when your hip rotates, your weight shifts causing a turn.
