Trick Help: Tailpress to 180 Out

I just started getting the hang of tailpresses and I can hold them for about 5 seconds on average. What are some tips to doing a 180 out of it?

Like normal rotated or counter-rotated 180, u just have to balance and pop only from back leg as u holding the press. If U have mastered normal 180 and controlled tailpresses Its just couple of trys and ull have it on lock.
