if you watch the pros do this they tend to bone out (straighten) the front leg and bend the back leg while they suck their knees up
to really feel it strap in, lay on your back in the snow and practice grabbing it and holding it (gravity helps so it won't be exact but the bone out part will start to make sense) if you have a trampoline that helps too |
