corking spins when i don't want to...

so my resort has an airbag and there's tall kicker, maybe 3-4 meters high. i just want to do regular spins and see what rotations i get before i land. from lip to land it's probably 35 ft but you get a lot of height. i was hoping for a frontside 5 or 7 but instead i always cork the spin when i dont want to. so for the first time ever i did a smooth cork 7 and landed it but i was originally aiming for a 360 lol. the cork 7 was sweet so i can't complain about that. but i wanna do smooth regular spins too.

the kicker has a pretty steep angle so i guess when i take off i'm already corked and that's why. but what's a best way to counteract the steep kicker and level out the body for a regular spin? everything happens so fast so there's barely anytime for me to judge the situation. as soon as i reach the jump and boom i'm airborne in a blink of an eye. i know it might be hard to explain on the internet but please try. thanks a lot. i really appreciate this.

The way you throw your shoulders is going to be the way that you spin so if you don't throw your shoulders parallel to your board on take off your going to spin of axis corking your spin. My guess would be that your trying to throw your shoulders level (Versus the angle of the kicker) when your taking off the lip instead of parallel to your board and thus your spins end up corked out.
