small jumps are harder to spin with grab???
hi, so not sure why this is, whenever i warm up i would do some fs 3s with indy on a small jump, like 5 ft or so. now every time i spin i try to grab but seems like its so much harder to grab on a 5ft jump. not even that, i would mess up most of the time. if i just do a 3 with no grab it's ok. but when i try to grab i would either only do a 270 or worse, lose balance upon take off.
but on the other hand i try the same 360 indy on a 20 ft as soon as i take off, you feel like you just float in the air and time slows down and it's so much easier to grab and spin...
why is this? is it due to the angle of the larger kicker that makes it easier? you would think the smaller jump is easier but its not for some reason...
More airtime for grabbing. Its easier to spin 7 off 30ft than off 5ft because U have more time in air.
You also have no time to spot your landing. I assume it is the quickness of it all so your brain is telling you to stop grabbing and spinning because the ground is approaching rapidly :p
