Here are two short videos from today:
YouTube - Josh snowboarding 1 Does it appear that I'm using proper technique to make turns? YouTube - Terrible Ollie I need to work on doing ollies properly... The snow was super slow today... Any feedback would be appreciated.

Your turns look good. I think that it's time that you start working on really getting up on the edge and carving. As for the ollie, it looked to me that you did less of an ollie and more of a hop. You jumped up with both feet at the same time. Instead, slowly lean back until the board flexes, pull upward with your front foot, then pull your back foot up to level the board. Hope that helps.
