Down unweight drills for switch
I'm going to be out for a few weeks with this tailbone injury but want to really focus on smooth and fluid down unweighting when I return.
Regular comes natural, but before my injury I found myself struggling with down unweighting while riding switch. I naturally want to up unweight and I want to lock down this technique by the end of the season.
Practice on steep hills makes perfect, but does anyone have any drills to sharpen this skill on more mellow terrain that can help build confidence?
What say ye?
