Default Ollie on jumps??

Hey guys, I got a question. When you are just doing jumps on the side of runs on the mountain for example, are you guys actually popping an ollie before leaving the ledge or do you just ride off of it? Just curious...

It depends. I'll ollie off a roller, but I'll generally pop off of a drop. Just do whatever works for you.

When on steeper stuff, and pointed down the hill I do a quick pop. On flat stuff I ollie, if there is a roller i do either, both are fun.

You always want to either ollie or pop because it sets your trajectory and makes you more stable in the air, so long as you know how to do it with the proper timing.
