Learning new big air tricks in super pipe
 

Hi Folks,

I'm not a snowboarder myself, no snow in the UK (boooooohooooo!) just very intereted in it and the biomechanics of it all.

I was watching winter X games on the box last week and saw a very short clip of a guy practising a new trick off the end of a superpipe into a big air bag before putting it to work on the proper super pipe.

Is this the way everyone learns big air type tricks or are other methods being used?
