i took advanced lessons to learn how to do boardslides and 180/360's. took a beating that day, had doug faggel as an instructor? any of you guys familiar with him? great guy...i guess he's somewhat "famous" in the snowboarding world? haha i knew he looked familiar when i met him, turns out he was the one i was watching in the instructional youtube videos haha -- just wondering if any of you guys met him. something to talk about for a monday morning...
the boardslides i got the balance, just having a hard time overcoming the fear of going fast. as for the 1 and 3's, not yet. on flat ground i can sorta do 1's, but 3's are out of the question, definately something that takes more than a day to complete.
he made everything look so easy...we both laughed about it and he's like "am i not suppose to?" haha such a chill guy. glad i had the opportunity to meet him.
