just went snowboarding last week-end. Last time was more than 10 years ago and it finished with a broken elbow! This time, I took lessons, 2h first day and 1h second day. Plus practice in between as long as my legs could endure... Loved every second of it!
Now i got this problem. When doing "slalom" (french word for linking turns I think...) I stay much too long when the board is parallel to the slope. Then, i gain speed rapidly, and it's dangerous because no edge is in contact (learned what was a true high speed edge catch...). My turns take so much time, i could see people do 2-3 and same distance i would do one. All of this i think because of the too much speed factor.
any help? tips?
sorry my bad english, French Quebecois here...
