Default What is this trick called?

I've only seen this trick done on rainbow rails, is it possible off of a hip or bump? Also any tips for it would be helpful.. I assume I need MORE than enough speed to clear the obstacle? Am I actually applying pressure with my hand near the end to straighten myself out in the air?

Rainbows are ideal, no, yes, and yes. But don't even try it. You'll die. If you've ever missed your plant on a miller flip, well fucking up a hand drag goes about 10x worse.
