Well today I hit the park and it was my second run of the day, I was pretty confident, but my new board has sharp fins and it grabs the water pretty good.
So I was going to take the first pulley turn and I did it good but I lost control of the board right after the turn and cut a front edge, the impact must of been around 50 mph. While I was underwater the only thing I could think off was that the Life vest better pull it out fast, because I had no strength to swim back up by myself. As my head rose out of the water I had no idea were I was, it took me a few seconds to find the nearest shore to start swimming. The problem was that the wind was knocked out of me, by the time I got to the shore, I could barely breathe, so I sat there for a while. The walk to the take of place was enough to recover, but now I am aware of what a real wipe out can be in a wake board.
It was not a fun experience

, but it's far away from discouraging me to stop wakeboarding. I am like the energizer bunny

, non stop for the full two hours, no matter how many times I fell.
