Cool! Boxes on the snowboard tend to do the same depending on the snow. I find myself leaning back just a bit to deal with that sudden slowing. I don`t know if that would help with these or not..
Ollies are fun and I bet they are a lot of fun on that thing! Sounds like you are picking it up fast. If this damn weather would warm up I think I will go and give it a try in Hood River (kiteboarding) Still too damn cold for an Arizona lizard like me though...
that is exactly what you need to do, just lean back and put pressure on your back foot. The thing is that you have to stay like that until you take air. In the air you do your tricks and then to land you have to again put all your weight in the back, so you the rope does not pull you forward when the impact happens.
It's kind of complicated because for the snowboard you only have to worry about the lower have of the body, here its a mixture of upper and lower half. You really need to keep control on your upper half to maintain stable in the water.
Well I finally got that toe edge kicker like 17 times successfully , now I have to work on my heel edge kicker those are a bit more complicated to aim at.
ill try to some video on friday, I think I am going to go again. Way to much hype to calm with only 1 day week.
