Welcome man. Honestly, I was pretty much in the same boat last season. I was so pumped after I bought my own board. Trust me, this season will be so much fun. Once I got my own board and focused on getting out as much as possible, my skills really started to progress. It helps to have a friend who is kind of around the same skill level. You will push eachother to get better and it will give you the courage to try some new stuff.
