Very new, question bout Snow Report
I live up in Pittsburgh near 7 Springs, as any hockey fan knows it is unseasonably warm and wet up here right now. For the past few days the slopes have been listed as "Wet Granular" If I understand right this is the kinda snow that is almost crunchy due to the warm weather / rain / refreezing at night.
As a very new snowboarder, should I avoid this? Everyone keeps saying "Its typically slow" which sounds great to me. I am at the point where going a little slower and making sure I am doing things right sounds like a fantastic idea
I noticed before when we had some nice snow that the snow report included information about the slopes, lifts, etc etc. But for the past few days its only been talking about how wonderful the tubing is.. Which makes me assume that the slopes are not up to par...
Little help here would be fantastic here
