Hello and Help...
Just wanted to start off by saying Hi to everyone. I'm 24 and I went on my first snowboard run last year at Big Bear (CA), I'm pretty sure I at least cracked a rib that day and it kicked my ass! But I still had a blast. I went a couple of more times this winter and I'm sure I want to get in to this sport.
I've been reading around this forum trying to do some research on what board, binds, and boots to get for next winter that would suit me but I'm having difficulty understanding half the posts I read because of all the terminology. It's like you guys are speaking a different language on here sometimes. My question is can anyone point me towards some Snowboarding 101 reading where I can learn about the basics when it comes to snowboard equipment (boards, bindings, boots, ect.) I would really appreciate the help guys. |
