Hey All!
My name is Jordan, I grew up in Northern Maine and have been skiing since I was about 10 (now 25) or so. I took up snowboarding when I was 16 since a lot of my friends transitioned to the sport from skiing. However, I just recently (last year) got my first setup. I've decided to dedicate myself to predominately snowboarding now since it's a lot easier on my knees and I'm having more fun doing it!
My current setup is a 2011 Burton TWC Standard 158W with Mission bindings and Moto boots. I'm a 6'0" 185 lb size 10.5 boot intermediate to advanced level rider and am looking to get a new board this year. I ride mostly all-mountain, I'd say 60% groomers, 20% powder, and 20% park. I'm currently considering the 2014 Burton Custom camber and the 2014 Burton Custom X. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great. I'm looking for a board that likes going fast, carving, and does well with man-made snow/icy conditions which is why I am leaning toward the Custom X.
