Default New to the forum need help choosing a new board!

This year i decided that i wanted to upgrade my board.. ive been riding for about 5 years and always took my friends hand me down boards. im looking to get an all mountain board and have just about narrowed it down to the gnu metal guru and the gnu carbon credit. The issue is that the gnu metal guru seams to not come in a wide and im 6 foot 2 210 ibs with a size 13 boot. other than that what size should i aim for? is it ok to go with a slightly shorter board? And last but not least the carbon credit has a rocker center and mild to flat cambered ends while the metal guru has rocker middle and full camber ends and im wondering if they are really even much different as far as how they ride at all... anyone mind exsplaining how the ride would differ?
