It is now snowing in Coquitlam, which means it's snowing at street level in the lower mainland. Given that lower mainland drivers freak out if you show them a picture of snow, I predict anarchy on the roads today

It's now snowing in North Van. I danced up and down the hall. There may some local questions about my sanity....
![]() More anarchy on the roads. Yeah, zac, we're pretty wimpy out here. It's likely lack of practice. I once bought snowtires for my old civic, and bought spare rims so I could put them on myself. The one pair of snows outlasted the vehicle.

We got dumped on Monday, but it's finally starting to melt off a bit. Whole city was shut down yesterday.

have you been out of town for a few days? the roads were slushed up last thursday night and ended up under about 8cm of soft and crunchy by saturday morning.
roads are clear now, but frozen snow is still all over Kerrisdale. up until about 30 minutes ago, the flake was falling Downtown, but sadly with no accumulation. the north shores hills have been looking epic though! i hear that last weekend, whistler had very good conditions but was busy as hell
