How does dry sunny freezing weather affect snow?
Will be my first time out to Whistler this weekend so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of snow.. I'll be in the mountains tomorrow night and leaving Sunday evening.
Mostly clear. High clouds increase late.
Freezing level: in the village
High: -5. Low: -10. Winds: E 10-20 kph
Freezing level: 1300m

It'll be packed and fast on the groomed runs, and maybe kinda gnarly on ungroomed due to the wind and the fact that the runs are probably all skied out. There shouldn't be much ice as long as it has not been warm recently. The wind can make it a lot colder though, wear something on your face.
I hope you go back to whisler in march and get the full epic-ness of it..
