Season Pass questions

Hey guys seeing as a lot of the resorts already have their passes going on sale for the 12/13 season I am looking for some advise.
I am hoping to get a rocky mountain passport but they have not put them on sale and the price for them is pretty big 1700 for a student. If the early bird discount isnít enough I will buy a Skibig3 pass and they are 1400 for a student.
I am wondering if any of you know what the discount has been in previous years. I am concerned because when I emailed them they said they are not going on sale until after June. That is also when most of the resorts are ending their season pass discount sales.
What do you guys think? The discount risk can be a big financial cost to a student.
If any one remembers the prices from last year please PM me so I know what I can expect.

We bought RCR (Fernie, Kimberley, Nakiska) passes for $899 last year on the pre-season deal. I think it's 25% off.

RCR + Lake Louise was about $1200 or so.

I think the passport was $1500 or so on pre-season, considering it's about $2000 regular price.

All of these are adult prices so adjust for students. Like I said I think it's about 25% off for pre-season. Usually ends at the end of may or first week of June.

I'll be buying the RCR + Louise pass this year, hopefully the RCR will include kicking horse, so that'll be 5 resorts for about $1300!!!

Might seem like a lot to some but I've had 30 days this year, and hopefully way more next year. So that's only $43 a day.

Lake Louise passes just went on sale, I think RCR passes/combo's go on sale May 1st or so based on reading through previous news releases. You can sign up on their website for news alerts to remind you.
