I seriously don't know why Hemlock isn't busier than it is. It's like... shit I don't even know what it's like... some sort of powder heaven without the drama's of having to hunt out hidden stashes and battle jaded locals for the fresh. So sick

Just checked the Hemlock snow report...51cm over night, 80cm in 48 hours, 10cm shy of 3 fuckin' feet.

All right, Thursday is/should be fucking EPIC. Bring your snorkel!!!!
I've had more 4 foot+ deep days @ Hemlock than anywhere else.

Their will be a max of about 80 people there, but probably more like 30.

Damn.. I am going to have to get up there one of these days, it looks awesome. Hemlock always gets put on the back burner for some reason, in my group.

Now if only my truck didn't suck so much, so I could get there, I have heard that road gets a bit brutal in the winter.

We drive a subie impreza and have no probs. Road is gravel but is plowed and gritted. We hit the bottom at about 8.20 and drove part way up behind grit truck. Have seen some shit go down, but it was 2wd cars, no chains etc...

Yeah, I drive a rwd B3000 with mediocre tires, the thing slides everywhere even without snow, today proved to be quite entertaining getting around.
