First Day This Season at Whitewater
 

So today I finally had to go up to my local hill:it's not open yet, but I went. It was a long as walk up the summit side of the mountain, but I made it along with about 100 other people. It was crazy busy up there already and it's not even open. So, I got my first turns of the season in..... clearly lessons are to be had again this year. I also got my first ride on my Bezerker! Well she is a beast! She floated on the pow, carved up the groomers, and ripped right through the crud..... there was some crud from weird paths the cats were taking this early in the season. Our opening day is this upcoming Friday and needless to say it's only going to be a half day of work for me.

I think the best thing I heard from one of my many random traveling partners was this, "It's like we are all on our annual pilgrimage.... a pilgrimage to white gold."

How was the pow? Heavy/light?

It was super light at the top of the hill, but got a little bit heavier near the bottom. Nothing I would complain about that's for sure.
