Yeah especially the morning. Anybody out for first tracks on Jan 1st is pretty dedicated!

FYI I was at Fernie yesterday and today. Today actually may have been busier than yesterday.... Still tons of fun!

Snow wasn't bad at all, a little crusty/packed in places but not bad. There were parts of untouched powder I found from two weeks ago!

Just a few small pockets though...

The main runs were either heavily moguled but the groomers were in good shape, and if you stuck to some of the lesser travelled areas the snow was pretty good actually.

Brutal gondola breakdown this morning at SSV - ended up ditching for LL. Anyone know what time they actually got it going again?

Hey Blunt. I am trying to take the day off and have an email into my boss. Dont get your hopes up, but if she gets back to me tonight, I will be able to board with you tomorrow. I will let you know as soon as I hear from her.

Oh yeah so the lady has Thursday off, so I'm thinking of taking the day off too and heading up to Louise. Supposed to be a few cm each day unti then so hopefully it'll still be relatively good Thursday.

Insane day at shiner. No lines, knee deep and blower light fluffity fluff. Damn, i went trough a wind lip the size of me and i chocked on snow, got me to gag it out

I was so fun. The chutes of goats eye around the big ass rock were good untill i left. Snowing so your tracks got filled in by the next run. At moments i wished for a snorkel and face shots all day. Day you dont want to miss. Still snowing, so i might hit it up tomorrow. also, i forgot my gopro, and tbt is epic in pow. Thats all.
