Banff Solo Trip - Snowboarding Forum

Hey guys,

I'm flying out to Banff tomorrow for 8 days to ride....was wondering what some good local bars and places to eat are?

Also if anyone else is planning on going to Lake Louis or Sunshine and wants some company...let me know!

-3 at the moment. 18cms last night at Sunshine. You picked a good time to come. Although it can get cold the forecast for the next week looks ok.

I would ride with you but I am in Jasper this weekend.

IMO the best local bar is Mels. Very much a local place. Cheap beers etc. What sort of food do you like?

Hey I'll be up at sunshine tuesday and wednesday (flying in on Monday). I'll be solo tuesday with a buddy on wednesday but you're more than welcome to join in some pow slashing either day.

Shoot me a PM with your info and perhaps we can hook up on tuesday at least !!
