Where can I rent Lib Tech Snowboard in Alberta? - Snowboarding Forum

Hi,

I tried a K2 Turbo Dream recently, really liked it except for the edgehold. I read some more reviews on different board, and felt the Lib Tech Phoenix Lando would probably suit me the best. Thus, I would like to try it before buying one. Does anyone know where in Alberta I can rent them?

Most stores I found tend to rent out Burton, K2, Nitro, Rossi, Salomon, etc only.

Might be easier to find out when Lib will be doing demos at a resort near you.

Just get a Libtech TRice Pro. The grip is fantastic and it is super fast. Not many demo days in Alberta as far as I know. I hated my Attack Banana but really like my pals Trice.

You'll just have to take the plunge and buy one.
I just got a LibTech TRS.... its awesome. So much more edge grip than anything I've rode before, so much that I'm finding it hard to just trust the board and use it. I expect to wash out on the hard pack but no problems for the TRS.

Do it, you'll be happy

(P.S. I was looking for a T-rice but there were non in the sale, got my TRS for $360, which wasn't bad!)

To my knowledge - Nowhere. I looked for Lib demo days, and came up with nothing locally.

I ended up finding a dude nice enough to let me ride his TRS at one point though... However I'm going to go ahead and say that opportunities like that would be rare.
