Whistler/Blackcomb for 5 nights
 

Hello everyone,

I'm at work and typing this quickly so there will probably be typos n stuff in it BUT I did want to get this out there before I forget.

1st of all I hope this isn't weird or viewed as weird but I am heading out to Whistler for 5 nights with the wife (she doesn't board or ski) and I am looking for a local rider to meet up to show me around and board with.

Im heading there and will be ready to go on Friday the 15th of Feb. I have been boarding for about 12-13 years and was an instructor for 7 of those years, so I can pretty much handle most terrain and keep pace with most riders. (trying not to come off like a smug a*s haha :D just trying to say im not a noob at the sport and it would be a waste of a 1/2 day haha)

I'm sure you'll get some takers, but also Whistler has guided tours for free for various levels and different interests, they run several times per day, as well as a gaggle of hosts on the hill that will give you advice on where to go as well or take you for a tour. The hosts hang out at the maps at the top of the lifts and answer questions and if you're interested in a particularly area or a tour they'll show you around.

Give me a few tips on my riding technique and you got yourself a deal :p

I live and work in Whistler so should be able to point you in the right direction ;)
