Yeah, it was another cold one but a good one - not a cloud in sight! Westendorf was pretty cool resort - hadn't snowed in a while but I could imagine that place would be awesome after a fresh dump! It's been snowing a lot in Munich so was surprised to not find any fresh tracks over the weekend.
Lots of snow forecast for this week so looks like it will be another good weekend!!! |

Its not that high doh! max 2000m, i prefer the higher mountains like zillertal, Sölden, Tignes, Serre Chevalier, ... you get longer runs and better pow conditions, olso love to ride in the park from time to time.

In Ellmau at the moment, and must say, the weather is better than the snow. What has it changed over the last 4 weeks. until about 11.00 it's icey, and after that it's very soft and slushy. At least we've got the sun and maybe a few cm tomorrow or monday...... I don't think the ski-welt area will make the end date ( 9 april), by the look at the weather, the best snow has gone, and the rest is disappearing very quickly!

Remember the resort(Axamer Lizum, pretty small but nice, near Innsbruck/Stubai...) I went to was filled with children of American soldiers who were on a base in Germany(thought that was in Stuttgart). Anyway, Dutch here, always ride in Austria(Axamer Lizum, Maria Alm/Hochkönig). |
