1st trip out!!!

My wife, daughter and I are of on out first ever skiing/boarding holiday for a week over Christmas!
I just wanted to ask...
Has anyone been to Arinsal/Andorra???
I just want to have an idea what to expect from the slopes, park, resort, food....
The reason I chose Andorra was that it looks like it won't be too challenging for the girls... It looks like it's mostly greens and blues with enough reds to keep me happy!
They ski but my wife's not great and my daughter is 6. Neither have been skiing long and they will be taking lessons out there while I go off to check out the park!
Any info on the place would be great!
