The rain last week fucked it up and put the snow in spring wet slide mode under about 6500'. Bachelor is still getting medium density snow with 8" overnight at the base. We were getting snow at 4500' elevation at our house monday.
Good powder days today and tomorrow. It turns real mushy by 1030 though so its about an hour of glory then home for chores. I haven't seen any big slides up high yet over here.

Up here its wet slide season...lots of rain and warm temps...lots of small releases but lots of potential for big ones and thus no body going out to BC. However yesterday. last day lift serve for moi, was hella fun. Since it had been raining all week and was closed, you could ride rain smoothed medium firm/soft first tracks all day. It was like blasting rain groomed on places that Bakes does not groom. Shredding double blacks (non groomed areas) at about as fast as you could go or balls up.
