About to buy Burton Cartel's. Good choice?

After careful research I've decided to pick up the Burton Cartel's. I ride mostly freestyle (jumps/pipe) and freeride and these seem like a good fit. It was a tough choice between these and the Delta's. I notice on these forums that there are a lot of people who don't like Burton. Why is that? They seem like solid bindings. If there is a good reason why I shouldn't get these, please let me know. Thanks for all you helpful suggestions.
