Now I'm no expert or anything but with your weight and type of riding you'd prob be better off with the 161.5 and if I'm not mistaken most bindings L-XL is 10.5 boot size and up so you should be going that route. You can look up specs on gear and it will tell you what sizes you should be riding based on your measurements.

What brand of bindings? Some, like Union are M/L and a L/XL sizing. Forum and Burton are S, M, and L sizing. 11-11.5, L/XL would be good for you. I would take your boots to a store and try on bindings just to be sure of the fit.
