I have repaired similar damage at home with good results. The bent edge will never be completely straight but you can get it close. Start by cleaning out the loose bits between layers. Sometimes I鈥檒l pry them up a bit to get it all out with a pick of some sort. Small screw drivers work ok. Then clamp it with blocks of wood for protection to see how straight it will be and if anything else loosens in the process. One last cleaning and you鈥檙e ready for epoxy. Many here recommend marine epoxy. But I have used traditional 15min epoxy and it works fine. If you have to buy something buy marine epoxy. The key is to pry the layers up a bit and shove the epoxy in as deep as you can. Then clamp for 24 hours. The excess glue that presses out can be cleaned up with a razor blade.
