Would you recommend Ride Slackcountry UL?

Is it all mountain kind of board or powder stick only?
What about groomers, hard pack, icy conditions, edge hold, edge to gdge, etc...?

I consider adding to my quiver a new 2013 Ride Slackcountry UL - at about $330 (the last one Slackcountry with UL)

What do you say? And what about size? (180 lbs, 5'10")

Or should I look for High Life or sth else?

I desperately seek for a new board to reintroduce some fun and progress to my ride :jumping1:

Ride type: advanced, freeride, carve it up when no powder, powder cruising on dump days, backcountry, first tracks, steeps, tighter turns in the trees, no park

any thoughts?

If you see a lot of powder days, go for it. Otherwise I'd say the Highlife would be a better option. The micro camber makes it a more versatile ride for all conditions, will handle powder well but absolutely rip groomers too.
