found these listed at 28.00 each they are selling both pair for 20$. I have never heard of them and a google search turned up nothing. Not even sure if they are ski goggles. Anyone have any info on these? Worth 10$ a pop?

The easy way to to tell if they are snow goggles is to check to see if they are double paned or not.

If they aren't, then they are probably just standard motorcycling goggles.

Also see if the gaskets allow any free air flow when you are wearing them. Anything that doesn't let decent amount of free air flow will fog up very very very quickly once you start moving around.

They appear to be aviation goggles
