If you like the cartels then they'd be fine. Personally I like a stiff binding so I ride same binding on 3 boards, so response is consistent.

Genesis would be the typical choice, a little softer, and very comfortable.

I like the antler a lot.

That's always a bit of personal preference question, genesis is a comfortable binding that has the two piece high back that some (me included) really like. It's flexible and forgiving when you are making little adjustments and then when you drive into it the inner piece locks into the outer part giving you good responsiveness. Worth the extra cash, had to say, depends on how much you like the different feel.

I rode genesis on antler and Nug, both combos I really liked.

Any chance you can demo first?

slightly off topic, but how did you like the cartels with the custom? also which bend if you don't mind me asking

To be honest I loved the custom with the cartels and hope im not making a mistake by changing I was on the flying v which I do like for when you hit a bit of powder

Thanks for responding to me. I bought the camber model and am looking for bindings. i just need to find a shop i can try boots on in so i can get the right size. Found out after last season that my boots are too big.

Honestly you carnt go wrong with cartels on a custom its a really good combo they have both stood the test of time and are still going

Good to know, as i hope it lasts at least three years of weekend use. should fare well as it wont be flying
