I've spent far more than 10 minutes trying to locate a similar board...no luck. And it's funny how there is no branding anywhere on it. Was this common years ago?

Threads like this with that issue are a dime a centillion. Seriously, it's not even worth donating and I always tell people to just give old garbage boards to someone who may use it but that one, it's dumpster fodder. And in case you were wondering, the bindings are even more worthless. Hopefully you didn't buy it to resell.

I did buy it to flip it but only for $15

Then you wasted $15, giving it to goodwill would be an insult to Goodwill. the bindings will be an insult to whatever landfill they end up in.
