lol, well that's pretty high compared to what I'm used to, but not too bad of a hike, or was it?Base of the area is 9700'. After the hike.up we are probably at 10700'. Treeline is about 1000' higher.
Only like 20-30 minutes depending on who's with me. Just hike straight up....lol, well that's pretty high compared to what I'm used to, but not too bad of a hike, or was it?
Speed and trees don't mix. Today, right after one of these pics, my kid ate it.... Hard..... Just like on snow it's hard to see the angle of slope. This trail isn't too bad, it's nice and flowy. Some of them have good drops on them.Cool photo's! Amazing to see someone riding snow in Aug.!
I'm guessing from the bike shots, judging from the full face helmet, and bike you're more of a "Downhiller" than just basic trail rides? Nice! Must b some pretty hairy DH runs in CO.![]()
Damn! U have my sympathies!Oh and yeah. The body armor is a life saver for sure. No free riding or downhill riding without it. Had a local kid die two weeks ago.... he was a big mtn skier that we knew, 15 years old....
