Contour +2 external mic jack adapter

Just ordered an external mic for my Contour +2. Looked in my case for the 2mm to 3mm adapter that comes with it and it's not there. Just wondering if it actually came with a mic adapter. I don't see it listed on the box but I do see it on the unpackaging video youtube. Anyone else get one with theirs?
